There will also be a silent auction on a variety of the collectables, antiques, furniture. We accept credit card and cash payment and are priced to sell! Terms and Conditions:
All sales as is – this reflects that any purchase you make is sold in whatever condition it is in. Working or not, chips or cracks, faded, or perfect. What you see is what you are buying.
All sales final – any purchase you make cannot be returned or exchanged.
Credit card, or cash only – be prepared to provide a photo ID such as a current (not expired or suspended) drivers license with photo.
No purses, large bags, bulky coats, backpacks, etc. – Please lock your purses, large coats, bags, or pocket books in your cars. This is a security measure to prevent theft. Pay at the cashier and then collect your purchases and exit the sale. If you wish to return for another look you again follow the instructions concerning pocket books, purses, or large bags.
Entrance to the sale – There will only be one entrance and exit allowed. A maximum of 10 shoppers will be allowed into the residence at any given time; the remaining shoppers will enter a physical que. Entrance logistics may change and will be determined as per the demand.
Transport and delivery – We will not assist with the move or delivery of any purchases. If you wish to purchase and come back to pick up furniture, you are required to pay in full for the item and we will hold it for 24 hours. If you do not return to pick-up the furniture there will be no refunds. If you change your mind, within the 24 hours, there will not be any refunds.
Discount policy – The discount policy is subject to change.
Auction Policy - There will be select items available via a silent auction. We will contact the winner of each auction within 48 hours of the end of the final day, or sooner, of the estate sale which is May 15th. If the reserve amount has not been met on an item, it will be sold to the highest bidder at the discretion of the estate. If we are unable to contact you for any reason or you do not come to pick up the items within 24 hours of being notified of a successful bid, we reserve the right to sell that item to the next highest bidder. All auction items are final sale.
Liability - We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur within the property, or those that may occur by the transport and or ownership of any items purchased/taken. We are not responsible for any theft of personal items/property.
Damages - You are responsible for any damages to the property and items. Damages will be assessed with the current online market value of the item, or in the event of damage to the property, will be assessed by a relevantly skilled contractor/technician.
COVID-19 - Masks and social distancing are highly recommended.
