Breaking the €200k Barrier: Meet the Ultra-Rare, Dual-Colored BMW Flagship

The BMW 7 Series has always been a titan of the executive sedan world, but a rare new configuration has just pushed the price envelope into supercar territory. A specific "Individual" edition of the BMW M760e xDrive has been spotted with a price tag exceeding €200,000, largely due to one stunning feature: a bespoke two-tone paint finish.

Here is why this rare Bavarian beast is commanding such an eye-watering price.

The €12,000 Paint Job

The headline feature of this specific G70 model is the BMW Individual two-tone paintwork. While two-tone finishes are standard fare for Rolls-Royce (a BMW Group subsidiary), they are a rare, high-cost option for the BMW badge.

The Look: One of the most striking examples spotted features Tanzanite Blue on the upper body and San Marino Blue on the lower section. Another configuration pairs Space Silver with Barcelona Blue.

The Cost: This option alone adds roughly €12,000 to the bill.

The Process: It’s not just a wrap. The car undergoes a standard automated painting process, then is "side-tracked" for manual masking and hand-polishing by master craftsmen to ensure a flawless separation line before receiving a final clear coat.

A Hybrid Powerhouse

Beneath the bespoke exterior lies the M760e xDrive powertrain. This isn't just a show car; it’s a plug-in hybrid performance monster.

Engine: 3.0-liter inline-six paired with an electric motor.

Output: A massive 571 horsepower (420 kW) and 800 Nm of torque.

Speed: 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds.

Entering Rolls-Royce Territory

With a price tag of over €200,000, this 7 Series is no longer competing with the standard Mercedes S-Class; it is knocking on the door of the Bentley Flying Spur and the Rolls-Royce Ghost.

The interior matches the price, featuring Merino Smoke White or Amaro Brown leather and the massive 31.3-inch BMW Theater Screen that drops from the ceiling, turning the rear seats into a private cinema on wheels.

The Verdict

Is a BMW 7 Series worth over €200,000? For the average buyer, perhaps not. But for the collector who wants the reliability of a BMW with the bespoke craftsmanship of a coach-built limousine, this two-tone rarity offers a level of exclusivity that few other sedans can match.
